The Site is not intended to provide any professional advice or information, and should not be relied on in that respect. Your access and continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the following provisions. If you have not done so, please take some time to familiarize yourself with these provisions. Please check with City staff for the most up to date information. In the event of any discrepancy between the Information and the materials located at City Hall, the materials located at City Hall shall be deemed to be correct. Governing Law and Severability

The Site, your use of the Site and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Northwest Territories, and any controversy, dispute or claim arising out of the Site, your use of the Site or these terms and conditions shall be heard in the courts of the Northwest Territories in Yellowknife. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
