Changes to Afternoon Express Transit Service
(Effective March 8, 2010) 

The City of Yellowknife will be implementing changes to the afternoon express transit routes during the month of March.  From March 8 through March 19, 2010, there will be no afternoon express buses.  Regular express transit service will resume on Monday, March 22, 2010.  Please note this change affects afternoon express service only.  The morning express routes will remain on their regular schedules.

Caribou Carnival Transit Schedule
(Effective March 19, 2010) 

The City of Yellowknife wishes to advise residents of transit schedule changes over the Caribou Carnival weekend.  Transit will be free from 12:00 noon on Friday, March 19, 2010 and all day Saturday, March 20, 2010.  In addition, Routes 1, 2 and 3 will include drop off and pick-up service at the City Hall front entrance.  On Friday, March 19th, service on Routes 1 and 2 will be extended to 10pm.  On Saturday March 20th, service on Route 3 will be extended to 9pm.  There will be no transit services on Sunday, March 21, 2010.  Please note that due to the additional stop, transit routes may run behind schedule.
