Information for Registered YATS Users
All Registered YATS Users are required to provide up to date information to YATS. Changes in a user's mailing address, pick-up address or abilities must be reported to YATS as soon as possible in order for our staff to maintain an appropriate level of service.For changes in abilities, please contact the NWT Disabilities Council at 873-8230, or the City of Yellowknife at 920-5653.
For changes to attendant requirement, please use the following form to submit updated information. The form must be signed by a medical professional.
