The Municipal Enforcement Division may be contacted by e-mail, or telephone: 920-5630. Our office hours are from 8:30am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. Summer hours are 08:00 am to 4:30 pm.

For after hours, please call 920-2737. After hours calls are answered by the City’s Pumphouse Operator who will pass on your complaint to an MED Officer.

Municipal Enforcement coverage extends 7 days a week 7:00 am to 12:00 midnight. During the summer, we are available until 2:00 am.

Highway Traffic	Municipal Enforcement 920-5630 / 920-2737 after office hours
	Includes school zones, school bus safety, RADAR and LASER speed detection, traffic light and stop sign violations, parades, VIP traffic control, funeral escorts, and general traffic safety patrol.
Business Licence	Business Licence Clerk 920-5688
	Includes people operating a business without a license.
Dog Control and Licensing	Municipal Enforcement 920-5630 / 920-2737 after office hours
	Includes dogs at-large, dogs barking, dog bites, and licensing.
Noise	Municipal Enforcement 920-5630 / 920-2737 after office hours RCMP 669-1111 Call the RCMP for noise complaints outside of Municipal Enforcement coverage.
	Includes excessive noise, such as amplified music, noisy parties, construction, or loud vehicles. Quiet time is 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Garbage	Municipal Enforcement 920-5630 / 920-2737 after office hours
	Includes inadequate and/or unsecured garbage cans, construction waste, un-tarped loads, and litter.
Parking Enforcement	Municipal Enforcement 920-5630 / 920-2737 after office hours
	Includes meters and no parking zones on public and private property, visitor’s passes, and other parking permits.
Snowmobiles	Municipal Enforcement 920-5630 / 920-2737 after office hours
	Includes licensing, rules of operation, RADAR speed detection, off road accidents, and administration of the snowmobile safety course.
