A by-law to amend Zoning By-law No. 4404, as amended, by: amending Section 1.6: Definitions for the purpose of amending the definition of ‘public and quasi-public use’; amending Section 10.21: SS4 – Site Specific Zone #4 for the purpose of expanding options for permitted uses and reducing parking requirements; adding a new Section 10.25: SS8 – Site Specific Zone #8 for the purpose of permitting the development of commercial, government office, office and food/beverage service uses and conditionally permitting the development of public or quasi-public uses on Twin Pine Hill; and amending Schedule No. 1 to show the new zone boundaries for the NP, SS4 and SS8 Zones.
