Masks or facial coverings are no longer required in City facilities, but will continue to be recommended if a 2-metre physical distance cannot be maintained. Masks or face coverings remain mandatory on Yellowknife Public Transit as physical distancing is not possible.

Appointments will no longer be required when visiting the Yellowknife Public Library, Fieldhouse, Multiplex, or Ruth Inch Memorial Pool (RIMP). Drop-in visitors will still be responsible for completing a contract tracing from before or at the start of their visit. School and Gymnasium bookings are open in compliance with school board parameters.
