Somba K'e Civic Plaza is located in downtown Yellowknife in front of City Hall on 49 Avenue. Typical events held at the Somba K'e Civic Plaza are:

During the summer, the washroom building is open to the public as follows:
Monday to Friday lunch hour | 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. |
Tuesday evenings (Farmers Market) | 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. |
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday evenings | 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. |
Saturday, Sunday | 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m |
During the winter (January - mid April), the washroom building is open to the public as follows:
Monday to Friday* | 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. |
Saturday and Sunday* | 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. |
(*Must be -25C or warmer (including wind chill))
Current rates can be viewed below. As of January 1, 2015, the facility rental rates now include the Infrastructure Replacement Fee.
