The City of Yellowknife is inviting businesses and residents to provide their feedback regarding development incentives and downtown revitalization.

In 2023, the City of Yellowknife will update its Development Incentive Program By-law No. 4534. A Development Incentive By-law is a tool that the City uses to direct funds and implement policy towards existing or new development opportunities. Development Incentives are intended to encourage development and revitalization initiatives.

The City is interested in learning about businesses’ and residents’ experience with the current Development Incentive Program, as well as hearing from businesses and residents on ways to enhance the Program for the betterment of living and working in the community.
