Swearing in Ceremony of New Council

The City of Yellowknife (the City) wants to inform residents and media that the swearing in of Yellowknife’s new City Council will occur on Monday, November 7, 2022. 

On Monday, November 7, 2022, at 12 p.m. in Council Chamber at City Hall, the following members of Council will be sworn in:

-          Rebecca Alty (Mayor)

-          Garett Cochrane (Councillor)

-          Ryan Fequet (Councillor)

-          Ben Hendriksen (Councillor)

-          Cat McGurk (Councillor)

-          Tom McLennan(Councillor)

-          Steve Payne (Councillor)

-          Stacie Arden-Smith (Councillor)

-          Rob Warburton (Councillor)
