By-law Number 4190 - A by-law to amend the Highway Traffic By-law No. 4063

By-law No. 4311 - A by-law to amend Highway Traffic By-law No. 4063 so as to allow for the issuance of a pre-paid parking certificate to food vendors that have been granted permission to operate on public property in the downtown core; to lower the age stipulation in the definition of Senior Citizen from sixty-five to sixty years of age; and to add a severance clause.
