Amendment to Niven Lake Development Scheme By-law - A by-law to amend By-law No. 4339, as amended (Niven Lake Development Scheme 2004) by re-designating Lot 44, Block 305, Plan 4019 from "C" - Commercial to "LD" - Low Density to allow for subdivision and residential development.
