A by-law to amend Zoning By-law No. 4404 to give Development Officers greater variance authority and clarify zoning requirements that may be varied; remove the Floor Area Ratio requirement; remove maximum allowable storey requirements; remove any restrictions on siting of attached garages in front of the front entranceways and give Development Officers the authority to permit detached garages in front of the principal buildings in residential zones, under certain conditions.
