By-law No. 4601 - A by-law to amend Zoning By-law No. 4404, as amended, by zoning a portion of Brock Drive, as identified on Schedule A of By-law No. 4601, from "R2" - Residential, Low Density to "NP" - Nature Preservation.

By-law No. 4607 - A by-law to amend Zoning By-law No. 4404, as amended, by zoning a portion of the lane, as identified on Schedule A of By-law No. 4607 from "PS" - Public Service to "CC" - Core Area Commercial (adj. FSC Architects).

By-law No. 4612 - A by-law to amend Zoning By-law No. 4404, as amended, by amending Section 3.5 to give Development Officers full variance authority in regard to site coverage, building height, front, side and rear yard setbacks, landscaping, parking, lot depth and width, floor area, and site area.

By-law No. 4614 - A by-law to amend Zoning By-law No. 4404, as amended, by limiting the size of permitted food/beverage service use and requiring a minimum clearance of 100 metres for such use from any approved bulk fuel storage in the "BI" - Business Industrial zone; and adding a requirement for the use of "bulk fuel storage" permitted in the "GI" - General Industrial zone, to be located further than 100 metres away from any approved food/beverage service use.

By-law No. 4625 - A by-law to amend Zoning By-law No. 4404, as amended, by revising the definition of site coverage and revisiting a regulation pertaining to the storage of articles and goods to be sold by home-based businesses.

By-law No. 4626 - A by-law to amend Zoning By-law No. 4404, as amended, by adding outdoor wood pelet boiler heating system site development regulations.

By-law No. 4788 - A by-law to amend Zoning By-law No. 4404, as amended, to: Increase the distance which applicants can provide parking from their development from 150 metres of the development site to anywhere within the Downtown zone; Increase the amount of parking which developers can meet via payment of cash-in-lieu from 25% to 50%; Reduce the payment-in-lieu fee calculation for motor vehicle parking from 1.5 to 1 times the value of the land and construction costs (including paving) for the equivalent amount of parking required on the affected site; Allow, subject to Council approval, applicants to donate to the City the equivalent land area to meet the Zoning By-law’s off-street parking requirements; Allow developments with current surface parking lots approved under a previously approved Development Permit to apply to transfer the required parking to a parking structure in the Downtown zone; and Allow a developer to provide a car-share vehicle and stall which shall serve as the equivalency of the parking requirements for six multi-family dwelling units in all residential zones.

By-law No. 4801 - A by-law to amend Zoning By-law No. 4404, as amended, by changing the regulations applicable to the Site Specific Zone #5 (SS5) to allow Nova Court (Lot 13 Block 162) to legally operate and make improvements as a hotel and apartment building

By-law No. 4846 - A by-law to amend Zoning By-law No. 4404 by rezoning the southern portion of the Pilot's Monument Park property from "PR - Parks and Recreation" to "OM - Old Town Mixed Use".
