On Thursday, May 4, 2023, the City of Yellowknife will hold a ballot draw for two lots of land in the Grace Lake South Residential Subdivisions.
The City holds ballot draws to ensure potential purchasers have a fair chance at obtaining developable residential parcels. This sale of two residential lots in the Grace Lake South subdivision will provide opportunities for residential development.
