City Dog Impound Services

The City of Yellowknife (the City) wishes to advise residents of a change in service provider for the local dog pound effective June 1, 2024.

The City’s current dog impound services provider, Great Slave Animal Hospital (GSAH), has informed the City that effective June 1, they will no longer provide dog impound services. The City of Yellowknife is hosting the well anticipated Annual Indoor Garage Sale at the Multiplex on Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
