City Relaunches Click & Fix Yk

The City of Yellowknife (the City) is happy to inform residents that Click and Fix YK will once again be available to the public to report City related issues as of June 2, 2023.

Click and Fix YK has existed since 2014, providing residents with an App to report issues and help City staff identify problems.  The use of Click and Fix YK helps the City understand where there are service issues so that we can address them as soon as possible and identify  gaps in service delivery.

City Launches Two New Grants

The City of Yellowknife (the City) is excited to announce two new grants for eligible small and medium-size local businesses and organizations to apply for. The City knows that businesses and organizations are still navigating the impacts of Covid-19 and these grants are intended to assist with that recovery process.

Council's Strategic Directions Launched on PlaceSpeak

Yellowknife City Council has released a draft of its new Strategic Directions, a guiding document that will inform Council’s decision making over their term of office. 

Council is seeking public input on Council’s Strategic Directions 2023-2026 and invites residents to provide feedback by engaging on PlaceSpeak, a free to use online tool.  Council’s Strategic Directions for 2023-2026 launched on PlaceSpeak on May 30, 2023.
