The City of Yellowknife (the City) is happy to inform residents that Click and Fix YK will once again be available to the public to report City related issues as of June 2, 2023.

Click and Fix YK has existed since 2014, providing residents with an App to report issues and help City staff identify problems.  The use of Click and Fix YK helps the City understand where there are service issues so that we can address them as soon as possible and identify  gaps in service delivery.

A software incompatibility required the City to temporarily discontinue this service while it identified a replacement.  During this time the City was also able to reflect on the role Click and Fix YK plays in our operations and how to further develop its functionality in the future.

“We are excited to be able to provide this service once again.  Moving forward we will continue to develop the interface to capture a broader range of issues and provide more updates on the status of requests to those who submit issues,” said Mayor Alty.
