Grace Lake South Ballot Draw - Land For Sale (2024)

On Thursday, May 30, the City of Yellowknife (the City) will hold a ballot draw for four residential lots in the Grace Lake South Residential Subdivisions.

The City holds ballot draws to ensure potential purchasers have a fair chance at obtaining developable residential lots. This sale of four lots in the Grace Lake South Residential subdivision will provide opportunities for residential development. The four lots are Lots 8, 14, 29, 31, Block 569, Plan 4690 (102, 111, 114 & 115 Braden Boulevard). These lots are outlined in dark purple on the map attached.

The ballot draw will take place on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall.

A $1,000 refundable deposit is required to enter the ballot registration. Ballot forms and ballot draw procedures are available online or at the Customer Service Desk at City Hall. The deposit and ballot registration are due at City Hall by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 24, 2024.
