Niven Lake Residential Ballot Draw - Land for Sale

On Thursday, May 30, the City of Yellowknife will hold a ballot draw for three residential lots in the Niven Residential Subdivision.

The City holds ballot draws to ensure potential purchasers have a fair chance at obtaining developable residential lots. This sale of three residential lots in the Niven Lake Residential subdivision will provide opportunities for residential development. The lots are Lots 77 & 80 Block 308, Plan 4204 (2 & 5 Findlay Point) and Lot 32, Block 309, Plan 4204 (142 Moyle Drive).

The ballot draw will take place on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall.

A $1,000 refundable deposit is required to enter the ballot registration. Ballot forms and ballot draw procedures are available online or at the Customer Service Desk at City Hall. Both the deposit and ballot registration are due at City Hall by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 24, 2024.
