Santa Claus Parade 2023

The City of Yellowknife is excited to invite all residents to take part in the 2023 Santa Claus Parade on Saturday, November 25, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Watch the downtown core come alive as community groups and festive floats take to the streets to spread holiday cheer!

This year’s theme, “Yellowknife Strong”, highlights the perseverance of our community and the dedication of first responders, essential staff, and volunteers during this past wildfire season.

Community organi­zations, businesses and schools are invited to enter a float, vehicle(s), or a walking group in the parade. Registration opens Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at www.yellowknife.ca/santaclaus. For more information, please email events@yellowknife.ca.

The official route and street closures will be announced closer to the parade date.
