Residents are invited to provide online feedback for the After Action Assessment of the City of Yellowknife’s 2023 Wildfire response through a survey from March 25 to April 12, 2024, on the City’s PlaceSpeak page.

Following last summer's extraordinary wildfire season, the City of Yellowknife has contracted KPMG to complete an After Action Assessment to identify best practices demonstrated by the City’s response to the 2023 wildfire season, as well as areas for improvement.

While this consultation is hosted on the City of Yellowknife’s PlaceSpeak page, survey results will be sent to KPMG consulting group for analysis. For questions related to the survey or how the analysis will be conducted, residents can reach out to KPMG directly at emergencymanagement@kpmg.ca

Those who wish to provide feedback in-person can attend the upcoming public engagement session to be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Multiplex Gym. More information on the After Action Assessment can be found on our website
