Mayor Rebecca Alty and City Council are pleased to announce that John Collin has been selected as the City of Yellowknife’s next City Manager. Wildfire After Action Assessment Online Engagement Begins

Residents are invited to provide online feedback for the After Action Assessment of the City of Yellowknife’s 2023 Wildfire response through a survey from March 25 to April 12, 2024, on the City’s PlaceSpeak page.

Following last summer's extraordinary wildfire season, the City of Yellowknife has contracted KPMG to complete an After Action Assessment to identify best practices demonstrated by the City’s response to the 2023 wildfire season, as well as areas for improvement.

The City of Yellowknife has contracted Triage Metrix consulting group to conduct an evaluation of the Yellowknife Street Outreach Program.
