CMHC Housing Design Catalogue

The City of Yellowknife has partnered with the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) to promote the Housing Design Catalogue – one of several initiatives to improve housing affordability for Yellowknifers. New Webpage for Development Applications

The City of Yellowknife Planning and Development Department now has a new page on the City’s website where you can find information on development applications.

You can find complete development permit applications that are currently under review, as well as those that have received a decision.

Along with the information about these development permit applications, the public can view submitted site plans, approved site plans, notices, permits, and planning reports.
