The City of Yellowknife (the City), alongside community volunteers and partners, is preparing to conduct Yellowknife’s third Point-in-Time (PiT) Count , as part of a coordinated effort to measure homelessness across Canada. On April 18, 2021, trained staff will survey individuals in Yellowknife staying in shelters, short-term housing or sleeping rough (without shelter).
