Public notice is hereby given that the Council of the Municipal Corporation of the City of Yellowknife will hold a special meeting of Council at 12:05 p.m. on Monday, May 13, 2024 in the Council Chamber, City Hall.
The purpose of the meeting is to:
- Give First Reading of By-law No. 5086, a by-law to amend Parts 13 and 17 of Fees and Charges By-law No. 4436, as amended, and
- Give First Reading of By-law No. 5087, a by-law to appoint Sheila Bassi-Kellett as City Manager for the City of Yellowknife.

City Dog Impound Services

The City of Yellowknife (the City) wishes to advise residents of a change in service provider for the local dog pound effective June 1, 2024.
The City’s current dog impound services provider, Great Slave Animal Hospital (GSAH), has informed the City that effective June 1, they will no longer provide dog impound services.
