Hiring Process

Apply Online
Submit your application through the Current Opportunities page, including your resume, cover letter, and required proof of education, certifications, or other qualifications as required.

Initial Screening
Human Resources conducts an initial screening to confirm that minimum qualifications are met. The Hiring Manager leads shortlisting and candidate selection interviews.

Interview and Assessment
Selected candidates may be contacted for one or more interviews. Depending on the position, candidates may also be asked to complete a written assignment, skills test, or other pre-employment assessment.

References and Background Checks
Candidates moving forward in the process will be asked to provide employment references. Depending on the role, either a criminal record check or a vulnerable sector check will be required before an offer of employment can be finalized. Where a vulnerable sector check is required, Human Resources will provide the necessary supporting letter.

Offer and Onboarding
For successful candidates, a Human Resources Officer will confirm the start date and provide the offer letter, employment agreement if applicable, and job description for signature. Once documentation is complete, onboarding details will be arranged, including relocation support where applicable.
