Got an issue to report?

The platform we use is called Click and Fix YK. Click and Fix YK is a user-friendly online platform that allows residents to easily report issues, request services, or submit maintenance needs directly to City staff. Whether you are flagging a broken traffic light or an overflowing garbage bin, this tool helps ensure reports are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently.

Once you submit your issue, it will be reviewed by City Staff and addressed according to its priority with respect to existing work and other requests.

If you are having trouble using the portal, or a category is not available for your issue, please call the City at (867) 920-5600.

  1. Step 1: Open Click & Fix YK

    Click the Report it Here button above.

  2. Step 2: Choose an Issue 

    Select the type of problem you’re reporting (e.g., potholes, streetlights, sidewalks, garbage).

  3. Step 3: Mark the Location 

    Enter the address or place a pin on the map to show where the issue is located.

  4. Step 4: Add Details 

    Provide a brief description. Uploading a photo is optional but helpful.

  5. Step 5: Submit

     Send your report. City staff will review and respond accordingly.

You can return at any time to check the status of your request.

Issues outside of Click and Fix YK
