A by-law to name a municipal road adjacent to Lots 20, 22 and 23, Block 510 (Williams Avenue) as Beck Court in honor of Viola Elaine Beck, a former City Councillor, businesswoman, volunteer and humanitarian in the City of Yellowknife.
