Amendement to Zoning By-law

A by-law to amend Zoning By-law No. 4024 by amending the “CC” – Central commercial zoning boundary, adding Core Area Design Standards to the “CC” zone, and creating a new residentially focused “CT” – Centertown zone at the periphery of the downtown core.
