Niven Phase 7 Local Improvement Borrowing By-law

A by-law authorizing the City to borrow money to finance up to fifty percent (50%) of the local improvement to certain properties in Block 308 and 309, Plan 4204, known as Stage 2, Phase 7, Niven Lake Phase 7 Subdivision.
