A by-law authorizing the City of Yellowknife to enter into an easement agreement with the Property Owner of Lot 109, Block 308, Plan 4541, for the lands identified as Lot 109(D), Block 308, Plan 4543-D, for the purposes of a municipal infrastructure easem
