A by-law authorizing the City of Yellowknife to acquire fee simple title to Wiley Road parcel R41 Weledeh, Plan 4722, Yellowknife, excepting thereout and therefrom all that portion of the aforesaid Road lying within, (1) Road R5 Weledeh, Plan 3750, Yellowknife and (2) Road, Plan 1231, Yellowknife.
