A by-law authorizing the City of Yellowknife to acquire fee simple title of Commissioner’s Land described as Parcels A and B, Portions of Quad 85/J8, Un-surveyed Commissioner’s Land, as identified in Schedule “A” of By-law No. 5024 (adjacent to Solid Waste Facility).
