A by-law authorizing the City of Yellowknife to dispose of Lot 30, Block 23, Plan 3509 through a five year lease agreement to Home Base Yellowknife (formerly Sidedoor Ministries) for the Old Mine Rescue Building at 4903 - 50 Street.
