A CRA Outreach Officer can assist with:
- Filing personal taxes for 2016–2025
- Printing Notices of Assessment (NOAs) and Statements of Income
- Updating personal information, including your address and direct deposit
- Questions about your personal tax returns
- Understanding CRA letters
- Finding uncashed cheques
- Setting up or unlocking My Account
Note: Business, farming, and trust-related questions cannot be addressed at this clinic.
To access these services, you will need to know your Social Insurance Number (SIN) and either bring valid government-issued photo ID or be able to complete the required verification.
