In celebration of the Old Town Ramble & Ride festival, the City of Yellowknife is offering free transit service for all routes and YATS on Saturday, August 3, 2024. As per the regular transit schedule, there will be no public transit on Sunday, August 4, 2024.
McDonald Drive will be closed to traffic to facilitate the festival on Saturday, August 3 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Sunday, August 4 from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. On Saturday, Bus Route C will follow a detour route, as two bus stops along McDonald Drive will be closed.
