Changes have been made to the daily traffic signal program.
To better accommodate traffic flow and enhance safety for morning commuters, traffic lights will now operate in flashing mode from 2:00 a.m. to 6:30 a.m.
Residents are reminded to drive with caution and adhere to all traffic regulations during this time.
