To use YKFlex, you must first submit an application. The application must be signed by a health care professional, and returned to the NWT Disabilities Council. The application form includes the following information:
- Identification of the user
- Type of mobility aid used
- If an attendant is required
- If the disability is temporary or permanent

Changes to User Information
If you have any changes to your abilities or to how you can be contacted, please inform the NWT Disabilities Council or the City of Yellowknife as soon as possible. Transit staff must have up-to-date information for each registered user for this service to run smoothly.
