The City of Yellowknife, in partnership with the Nordic Embassies of Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Iceland, will host Resilience in the Arctic, a half-day seminar focused on strengthening social, economic, and security resilience across Arctic communities. The City of Yellowknife wishes to advise the public of the upcoming schedule change for Council and Committee meetings.

Effective February 1, 2026, the Governance and Priorities Committee meetings previously scheduled for Mondays at 12:05 p.m. will now be held on Wednesdays at 12:05 p.m. on the first, second, and third Wednesdays of the month, unless otherwise specified or provided for in the Council Procedures By-law.
