Tenants are responsible for their own infield maintenance.
Rental Rules and Regulations
- 48 hours' notice is required to receive a refund for cancellation (in writing) of the rental booking
- User groups are responsible for anyone entering the field/court during their rental time
- Equipment is not included in the rental
- User groups are responsible for any damage incurred during their rental
- For-profit programs and functions are not permitted. Fees can only be charged to offset costs associated with the rental, function, or program
